Vineyards Office Estate
The Vineyards Office Estate 21 Owners Association NPC was established to promote, advance, and protect the communal interests of all the Members, Owners, Occupiers, tenants, visitors, and the like (as the case may be) to the Estate. The Association administers and controls the use of the Estate, including, but not limited to the Property, Private Open Spaces, buildings, common property, communal areas, and communal facilities in the Estate.
Barinor Properties is the appointed Managing Agent of The Vineyards Office Estate 21 Owners Association NPC and executes a range of services annually in this capacity.
These services include:
Cleaning and maintenance of all interior and exterior communal and common areas, including bathrooms, basements and gardens.
Management of park security, including servicing of lighting in communal areas.
Management of adequate signage in all common and communal areas
Waste management
Levy administration
